In end-time study, it never made sense of seeing in Christian scripture a resurrection/rapture at the 6th seal of Revelation but then another scripture indicates “at the last trumpet” as in 1 Corinthians 15:52. There must be an explanation.
The 6th seal rapture in Revelation 7 is obvious of “a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and languages”. Then further up the timeline In Revelation 14 you find a sickle harvest that is often considered to be the ch 7 rapture but facts say not.

In Revelation ch 14 the 144,000 are portrayed as being ‘from heaven’ with Jesus the Lamb in presence on Mount Zion. They are described as “a voice from heaven” and “were redeemed from the earth” as ‘firstfruits’ and stand before God’s throne while having their presence with Jesus on Mount Zion. This confirms that the 144,000 were sealed and then included in the 6th seal resurrection/rapture of Revelation ch 7 before returning with Jesus.

Because the 144,000 were raptured in ch 7 and came back with Jesus in ch 14, it puts the events of Revelation 14 and the verse 16 sickle harvest in a latter time-frame from the ch 7 rapture. Verse 16 is thus a new resurrection/rapture.

After the 6th seal rapture, the church is no longer on earth and God resorts to presenting the gospel message through an angel as well as the testimony of the two witnesses for 3 1/2 years. During this time God gleans the earth for new believers with the gospel and then has a separate allegorically described ‘sickle’ harvest. Thus, they are also spared from being on earth during the other sickle harvest that follows of God’s wrath judgement of the dreaded ‘day of the Lord’ of the “winepress of the wrath of God”.

Revelation 14:6 KJV – And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,

Revelation 11:3 KJV – And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.

These new believers are in the terrible time-frame of the abomination of desolation, the devil’s wrath and the mark of the beast system.

Revelation 14:9-10 KJV – And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, 10 – The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:

When this gleaned group of new believers is harvested in Revelation 14:16 it can be seen as the finalization of the “mystery” of the 7th trumpet. The fulfillment of this mystery is a culmination of both the major church rapture and the subsequent sickle harvest.

1 Corinthians 15:51-52 ESV – Behold! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52. in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed.

Revelation 10:7 KJV – But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.

​By seeing that there are two phases of resurrection/rapture to evacuate believers before the wrath judgment begins, the end-time timeline now makes sense as progressing in order. The stretch between the 6th seal rapture and the (last) 7th trumpet can now make sense.
